Metamorphosis is an action/RPG game playable thru 3 story lines, each reflecting a different aspect of a single epic. A mighty officer, a zealous mage, and a homeless prince will apply their unique skills to unfold the dark secrets of a treacherous tyranny. Psycho playing is among these skills; it enables the player to use Persian music instruments as weapons. Medicine, cookery and jewelry, though seemingly peaceful, are the entertaining professions which, among other means, provide deadly powers.
The world of Metamorphosis consists of close environments linked together thru a general map. In the midst of a dangerous wilderness a city is built around a gigantic tree.
A supernatural being called Mithra is descended on earth to protect the gigantic tree and save the world from an ominous monster disguised as a benevolent local ruler. In order to perform her mission, Mithra first needs to unite with her corporeal embodiment, a peculiar girl from a rejected community of lepers. Each of the 3 characters contributes to the fulfillment of Mithra’s mission in his own way. By the power of Mithra, the 3 characters will turn into one mighty hero to face the arch-enemy.
